The aluminum tail pipe used in this product meets the code requirements for 2012 IMC – International Mechanical Code (Section 504.6.1) and 2012 IRC – International Residential Code (Section M1502.4.1) for Material and Size. NOTE: Vent a clothes dryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions and local codes.
